What we collect

Analytics. If you accept in the cookie banner, we count page views with privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics. We record the page viewed, the language, the referring website and the approximate time on the page, plus a random per-visit identifier. We do not store your IP address, we do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not track you across other websites.

Contact. If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we process what you send in order to reply.

Booking. Online bookings are handled by our partner Divebase.

Legal basis

Analytics: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time). Contact and booking: our legitimate interest, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Cookies & local storage

We set no advertising cookies. In your browser we store only your cookie choice and, once you consent, a random analytics identifier. If you decline, no analytics are collected.

Sharing & providers

Hosting. The website is hosted on IONOS servers in the EU.

Booking. Divebase processes your booking data under its own privacy policy.

Fonts & motion. Fonts are self-hosted. For animation we load small libraries (GSAP, Lenis) from a CDN, which technically sees your IP address for that request. Maps load only when you click them.

How long we keep it

Analytics are kept in aggregate for up to 14 months. We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you.

International transfers

Your data is processed in the EU. Some providers (the CDN that serves motion libraries, and our booking partner) may transfer limited technical data outside the EEA; where they do, they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Children

Some of our courses are open to children (10+). Where a participant is a minor, we take their booking details from a parent or guardian and process them only to run the course. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website without a parent's involvement.

Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
