About this course
This program is for students who do not have the time to complete the Open Water Diver program in one place. It provides the training and experience required to dive in open water environments under the supervision of a dive professional.
The program is equivalent to the first half of the SSI Open Water Diver program, and you can finish the second part of the OWD certification in any SSI diving centre around the world at your convenience.
You earn the SSI Scuba Diver certification, which can be upgraded to the SSI Open Water Diver certification with additional training.
